See where your team stands.
A confidential culture scan on the leading indicators of team success: psychological safety and intrinsic motivation, backed by trauma-aware coaches who bring together Eastern contemplative practice, business experience, and Western psychology.
Question 3 of 15, psychological safety
"It is safe to take a risk on this team."
The session runs on a shared board. Everyone in the room gets the same link, adds notes at the same time, and votes on what to work on. The coach can put the team's own results on the board next to the notes, and export the whole thing at the end.
CultureQuery is a confidential team culture scan. Everyone on a team answers fifteen short questions privately. No one, including the coach, ever sees who said what.
Once everyone has responded, the coach running the process gets a live picture of where the team actually stands on the two things that most predict how a team performs: psychological safety and intrinsic motivation.
That picture becomes the starting point for a facilitated conversation, not a scorecard or a report filed away. The team meets in the room, works the results together, and decides what to change.
How it works
CultureQuery runs as a minimum four-month engagement. It can be run with a single team or with multiple teams across an organization, each team completing a scan and then meeting for a live session to work through what came up.
Alongside the team scans, the team lead gets one-on-one coaching to reflect on what the results mean and how their own leadership shows up in them, so the changes the team surfaces actually get implemented.
After four months, most teams shift to a lighter rhythm, quarterly or twice a year. Coaching is delivered by one or two coaches per engagement.
The coach creates a team
One team, one scan. Scans can be repeated later to see how the culture moves.
Everyone gets a private link
One-time links, sent individually. No accounts, no sign-ups, no names attached.
Fifteen questions, answered once
Sliders instead of a five-point scale, so people can land where they actually are.
Results appear together
Once the last person has answered, the whole picture shows up live in the room.
See it in action
Both sides of the tool: what the coach sees once everyone has answered, and what one person sees while answering. Real data from a demo team, not a mockup.
One team across four scans, moving through all four parts of the field on the way to Flow.
Question 4 of 15
Members of this team are able to bring up problems and tough issues.
Every question is a distribution, not a single number. Full range in light tone, the middle half darker, a marker at the median.
