A typical engagement runs at minimum four months. It can be run with a single team or with multiple teams across an organization, each team scanned at least once a month, each scan followed by a live workshop. Team leads also get one-on-one coaching alongside it, working through what the results mean for their own leadership. After four months, most teams move to a lighter quarterly or twice-a-year check-in. Coaching is delivered by one or two coaches per engagement.
